Alex Kreutter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting from 2008, they worked as a Local Community Service Assistant at Messiah College, where they tracked attendance to community service opportunities and facilitated meetings and events. In 2008, they also interned as a Donation Redistribution Center Intern at Syracuse Rescue Mission, helping with advertising needs, implementing a new point of sale system, and managing donation pick-ups.

From 2009 to 2021, Alex worked at Manning & Napier. Alex began as a Research Administrative Assistant, performing department processes and procedures, processing securities transactions, and organizing research records. Alex then became an Equity Research Associate/Assistant, identifying, modeling, presenting, and monitoring investment opportunities for client portfolios. In 2014, they were promoted to Research Process Associate/Senior Associate, supporting the Director of Investments and facilitating management and mentoring of investment screening and growth teams. In 2020, they were again promoted to Strategic Initiatives Analyst, performing business analysis and project management for firmwide initiatives, including the implementation of new software stack and improving reporting quality and efficiency.

From 2021 to 2023, Alex worked at Sentieo in multiple roles. Alex started as a Product Specialist, supporting executives, investment analysts, and researchers with financial and corporate research insights. Alex then became a Product Specialist Team Lead, leading a team of product specialists. Lastly, they served as a Product Specialist Manager, taking on senior-level responsibilities in customer success management.

Currently, Alex is the Senior Customer Success Manager at Verity, starting in March 2023.

Alex Kreutter received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Messiah University, where they attended from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1992 to 2005, Alex attended Geneseo, though no specific degree or field of study was specified. Along with their formal education, Alex also has certifications including Cleared Level 1 of CFA from the CFA Institute and Effective Negotiating 1 from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating.
