Osama abu-Zeid

Osama Abu-Zeid is an experienced individual with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Benha University, earned between 2008 and 2018. Osama gained practical experience through a summer training program at Telecom Egypt in networking and telecommunications. Professional experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance and an IT Assistant position at El Shorbagy for Trading and Export, focusing on help desk support and software troubleshooting. Additionally, Osama was involved in educational and extracurricular activities during time spent as a student at BHIT and has experience in sales from Qeba'. Currently, Osama is furthering studies at Benha University in the Faculty of Engineering since October 2012.
