Sharon Lim has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Regional TA Program & Operations Manager at Verizon, Sharon previously held significant roles at Infineon Technologies as the Head of Talent Network for ASEAN, and at SAP Asia Pte Ltd where roles included Programs Manager for Global Talent Acquisition and Project Manager for Talent Acquisition in the Asia Pacific Japan region. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Recruiter for South East Asia at SAP and Assistant Manager for Talent & Sourcing at Philips Electronics S'proe Pte Ltd. Sharon Lim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Postgraduate degree in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
