Natalia Groth-Sokalska has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natalia started their career as a Lifeguard at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Food Server at the same company as part of a cultural exchange program. Natalia continued this role in 2011 and also took on the position of an Area Representative at CCUSA Poland. In 2012, they returned to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom as a Food Server.

Natalia joined Vermietet.de (von ImmoScout24) in 2017 as a Frontend Developer. Natalia developed a single page web/mobile application using Angular and React frameworks and implemented pixel-perfect UX/UI designs. Natalia was later promoted to Senior Frontend Developer and then to Lead Software Engineer.

Overall, Natalia has a strong background in software development, AML analysis, program coordination, and research.

Natalia Groth-Sokalska completed their education at the University of Warsaw from 2007 to 2012, earning a Master's degree in Psychology. In 2016, they attended Coders Lab for a one-year program in Front-End Developing. In January 2017, they obtained the certification "Become Front-End Developer" from Coders Lab. Natalia also obtained two additional certifications, "CSS: Animation" and "jQuery Essential Training," from Lynda.com in October 2016.
