Hillary Orsini

Hillary Orsini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2011 to 2021, they worked independently as a stand-up comedian, storyteller, host, and consultant and workshop facilitator, specializing in facilitation of results-based accountability and performance management. Hillary also worked as an Assistant Director & Organizational Development Specialist at Marlboro College Center for New Leadership from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they gained experience in the nonprofit sector, working at VEIC as a Program Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Portfolio Manager from 2016 to 2021. Hillary also worked as the Interim Chief Equity People and Culture Officer and Chief Of Staff at Vermont Foodbank from 2021 onwards.
