Melinda Friedlander

Melinda Friedlander is currently the Human Resources Manager at VHV Company. Previously, Melinda held the role of Director of People and Development at Lane Press for many years, where Melinda focused on training and development programs. Melinda also has experience as a Customer Service Director and Training and Account Manager. Melinda has a background in program development and has served as a Program Director on the Board of Directors for Vermont Association for Talent Development. Additionally, Melinda was the owner of Loosening the Knots LLC, a business focused on stress management. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Vermont.
