Stephen Cohen

Stephen Cohen has extensive experience in project management and operations within the construction and conservation sectors. Currently serving as the Build Projects Manager at the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps since April 2019, Stephen oversees carpentry and construction programming, manages multi-year projects, develops Six-figure budgets, and maintains relationships with trade partners. Previously, in the Logistics Manager role, responsibilities included managing a 400-acre campus and extensive fleet maintenance. Prior experience encompasses carpentry at Hillview Building Company and program coordination at Vermont Youth Conservation Corps, focusing on team development and project leadership. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Georgia State University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
