Aaradhya Padhan

Aaradhya Padhan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and technology research. They have served as the Senior Director of AI Research at ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization since February 2023. Prior to this, Aaradhya was the Co-Founder of Skit.ai starting in May 2019. Aaradhya also held various positions at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, including Director of Quantum AI Research, Research Team Lead, and Quantum AI Researcher, starting in June 2019. They also worked as a Research Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) from June 2019 to August 2020. Before that, Aaradhya gained experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer at Salesforce in 2017 and as an Artificial Intelligence Developer intern at Google in 2014. Their career started with a Software Engineering internship at Microsoft in 2012.

Aaradhya Padhan began their education at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, where they completed their high school education. Afterwards, they attended Harvard University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Following their undergraduate studies, Aaradhya enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2012 to 2014. They continued their education at MIT and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from 2014 to 2019.
