Sarah Kane

Sarah Kane currently serves as the Head of People at Verne, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah was the HR Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Control Risks from October 2017 to January 2025, specializing in executive coaching and HR project management. Sarah's experience also includes serving as HR Director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (EMEA) and Global HR Director at Reed Business Information, with a focus on HR policies and employer branding. Earlier in the career, Sarah held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Gemfields Plc. Academically, Sarah is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources at the University of Northampton and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from BPP University.
