Sarah Crennan has over 13 years of work experience in the food industry. Sarah began their career in 2008 at NU-MEGA INGREDIENTS as a Product Development Technologist and later moved up to Senior Poduct Development Technologist. In 2016, they joined Fonterra as a Development Technologist - Nutritionals. In 2015, they co-founded Vernx Biotechnology Pty Ltd and served as the Director of Product Development. Sarah has been with Fonterra since 2021, where they currently hold the roles of Global Innovation Manager and Lead Technologist.
Sarah Crennan completed their Bachelor of Food Technology (Hons class 1) from The University of Queensland in 2008.
