Vu Quan Nguyen Masse has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vu Quan is currently working at Vero as the VP ASEAN, Culture & Brand. Prior to this, they held the position of Brand & Culture Director, ASEAN at Vero.

In 2020, Vu Quan Nguyen Masse co-founded V2X, a digital platform focused on Vietnamese authentic content. The platform collaborates with communities and brands to explore emerging cultures. Vu Quan also independently worked with various partners in brand development through their avatar, Antimeta.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Vu Quan Nguyen Masse co-founded and served as a columnist for Le Boulevardier / Blog L'Express Styles from 2011 to 2021. Vu Quan also worked as a Strategist-at-large at The Lab Saigon and as Brand Lead at District Eight.

In terms of academia, Vu Quan Nguyen Masse served as a Fashion Branding & Marketing Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam from 2015 to 2019.

Vu Quan has also held positions such as Creative Director at Leo Burnett Vietnam and Chief Marketing Officer at Nire Ups Inc., where they developed strategic plans for various projects and worked on digital marketing projects for Japanese brands.

Early in their career, Vu Quan Nguyen Masse worked at Rice, where they held roles as Head of Strategy and Strategic Planner.

Vu Quan Nguyen Masse completed their Master's degree in Management at Institut Supérieur de Marketing du Luxe - Sup de Luxe - EDC in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Sciences Po Lyon from 2002 to 2006, but no degree or field of study was specified. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise from LinkedIn.
