May Phyu Kyaw

May Phyu Kyaw has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. May Phyu worked as a Head of Regional Finance, ASEAN at Vero from June 2020. Prior to this, they served as an Accounting and Finance Director, ASEAN at the same company from June 2019 to June 2020. Before joining Vero, they were a Finance & HR Manager at Vero's office in Myanmar from June 2018 to June 2019.

Prior to their time at Vero, May Phyu Kyaw worked as a Senior Accountant at Khit Thit Thalun Company Limited from July 2015 to May 2018. May Phyu also gained experience as an Accountant at Jizan Perfumes LLC from April 2012 to March 2014.

May Phyu Kyaw's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at the University of Computer Studies, Yangon. May Phyu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Technology/Technician and went on to earn an Honors degree and a Master's degree in the same field. In 2010, May Phyu Kyaw obtained a Group Diploma in Accounting from LCCI, specializing in Advanced Business Calculations, Business Statistics, and Accounting. May Phyu also earned a Group Diploma in Management Accounting, focusing on Advanced Business Calculations, Cost Accounting, and Management Accounting from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2011, they pursued various fields of study with ACCA, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Accountant in Business, and Taxation. In 2015, they further expanded their knowledge in Financial Reporting with ACCA. In 2017, May Phyu Kyaw completed a course in Performance Management with ACCA. More recently, in 2021, they achieved a Diploma in Financial Management from the Institute of Commercial Management. In 2022, May Phyu Kyaw engaged in studies with ACCA, concentrating specifically on Financial Reporting.
