Omer Arad

Omer Arad is the VP of R&D at Verobotics, specializing in autonomous AI-based robotics solutions for building maintenance since September 2021. Prior experience includes a prominent role at IBM R&D Labs from 2014 to August 2021, where Omer led the development of various innovative technologies in wearables, IoT, and AI, managing global teams and driving projects from concept to market. Omer's past positions at IBM encompass technical leadership in health and disaster response projects, alongside significant contributions as a software developer. A co-founder of Haifa Connect, a community focused on wearables and IoT, Omer has also developed financial management solutions at Mint Bills and served in the Israeli Naval Forces. Omer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
