Aaron Tipping, PHR

Aaron Tipping, PHR, has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Aaron started their career as a Social Studies Teacher with the Wake County Public School System from August 2015 to June 2017. After that, they joined Coleman Research where they held multiple positions, including Recruiter from June 2017 to January 2021, Human Resources Business Partner from January 2021 to February 2022, and finally, Talent Acquisition Manager from February 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Aaron serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Verona Pharma, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing prescription medicines for respiratory diseases.

Aaron Tipping, PHR, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at PennWest Edinboro from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2020. Aaron also holds additional certifications, including the Excel Skills for Business: Essentials and Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate I, both from Coursera. Aaron acquired these certifications in August and September 2022, respectively.
