Archana Nagasivam

Archana Nagasivam has extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. Currently, they are the Director of Software Engineering at Verra Mobility, where they lead software development teams, collaborates with various stakeholders, and handles fiscal planning and budgeting. Prior to this, Archana worked at Shutterfly as a Software Development Manager, overseeing multiple teams and managing developers and quality assurance professionals. Archana also served as a Technical Lead at Clairvoyant, where they led a team of developers and focused on architecting and maintaining applications for Shutterfly. Earlier in their career, Archana worked as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at IntraEdge, where they developed an application for user-generated content with automated UI testing. Archana also held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Smazzle Inc, where they developed applications for time tracking and custom reminders. Archana started their career as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where they worked on web and windows applications for various clients.

Archana Nagasivam earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University between 2001 and 2005.
