Brittany Gill

Brittany Gill has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brittany currently holds the position of Director of Talent at Verra Mobility, starting in October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Talent Development, Employee Wellness, and Learning at Teleperformance from September 2022 to September 2023. Before that, Brittany was a Learning Manager at Fluence from December 2021 to September 2022. Brittany also gained valuable experience at Western Union, where they held the roles of Manager of Talent and Learning from September 2018 to December 2021, as well as Talent Management Specialist from July 2016 to August 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at DIRECTV as a Talent Development Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Consultant, and at Dish Network as a Recruiter. Brittany also has experience in IT recruitment at TEKsystems and held various roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hilton Grand Vacations. Brittany started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Vestas Blades America.

Brittany Gill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Colorado State University. Brittany also completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Change Management from Colorado State University Global. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Griffith University.
