Lauren Batenic

Lauren Batenic, MSHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Lauren is currently a Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women executives. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Global Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Verra Mobility, overseeing the acquisition of Redflex Holdings, Inc. and leading organizational redesign efforts. Lauren also held roles at GoDaddy, Tyson Foods, Hillshire Brands, Sara Lee Baking Co., ON Semiconductor, iGo, inc, and Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel, where they gained expertise in areas such as talent management, HR business partnering, performance coaching, and recruitment.

Lauren Batenic, MSHR, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations, which was obtained from Loyola University Chicago between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from Arizona State University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008. Lauren received their high school education at Hinsdale Central High School from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued General Studies.
