Scott Lindstedt

Scott Lindstedt has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. Scott currently holds the position of SVP Finance and Supply Chain at Verra Mobility since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at SENSTRONICS LIMITED from April 2021 to September 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Lindstedt worked at Fortive, where they held various roles, including CFO at Gems Sensors & Controls and Setra Systems. In this role, they successfully reorganized the global finance and accounting function, managed a ventilator valve production increase to support the US government's COVID initiative, and minimized the decline in topline revenue during the pandemic. Scott also served as the Global Director of Finance at Specialty Product Technologies during this period.

Before Fortive, Lindstedt worked at Dover Corporation from 2015 to 2019. Scott served as the Director of Finance, Accounting & IT at Warn Automotive, where they led the finance, accounting, and IT functions and implemented upgrades to accounting and IT systems. Scott also served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Warn Industries, where they oversaw financial system overhauls and supported the divestiture of the company. Additionally, Lindstedt was the Finance Manager for Dover Engineered Services, where they provided financial planning and reporting support for a division consisting of 10 operating companies.

Prior to their time at Dover, Lindstedt worked at Hospira as a Financial Reporting & Projects, Order-to-Cash specialist. Scott also served at Schneider Electric as a Senior Financial Analyst in Global Supply Chain & Logistics North America and Financial Planning & Analysis. Their career began at Grainger as a Financial Analyst in Customer Service Finance and at ABN AMRO as a CLO Portfolio Analyst.

Scott Lindstedt attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Economics/Finance with a focus on International/Developing World Economics. After this, they enrolled in the Accounting Studies Program at DePaul University and completed their studies in 2009.
