Abhishek Malhotra

Abhishek Malhotra started their career as a Trainee at GTL Limited in 2004. Abhishek then worked as a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems from 2005 to 2010, followed by a Technology Lead role at British Telecom in 2010. From 2011 to 2017, Abhishek served as a Senior Technology Architect at Bright Cloud Ltd. Abhishek then worked as a Product Specialist at Natilik from 2017 to 2021. Most recently, Abhishek held the position of CX Transformation Technical Director at VERSA Agency in 2021 and is currently the Head of Technology and Products at VERSA Connects as of January 2023.

Abhishek Malhotra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Systems from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2004. Prior to that, they completed high school at Hans Raj Model School in 2000. Abhishek also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including customer experiences with contact center AI, conversational design fundamentals, and virtual agent development in Dialogflow CX, all from Coursera. Abhishek also has a certification in leading like a CEO from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they hold a certification called Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) from Sun Microsystems.
