Neil Richards

Neil Richards has extensive experience in the field of design, specializing in UX and UI design. Neil started their career as a Senior Designer at Mando Group in 1999, where they worked on numerous web projects and developed a specialty in game microsites. In 2004, they joined Elevator Digital as a Senior Designer, where they worked on high-profile projects for clients such as Microsoft and Urban Splash. Neil then moved on to TM3 Design & Marketing, where they served as Design Manager and Senior Creative, overseeing design quality and implementing production procedures. Neil later joined McCann Erickson as a Senior Interactive Designer, where they worked on online creative projects for various clients. Neil also worked at Nura as a UX and UI Designer before joining DuluxGroup as a UX and UI Designer. Neil'smost recent role is as a Creative Director at VERSA Agency, where they lead creative design projects.

Neil Richards attended Birmingham City University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art.
