Nicola Fiorotto

Nicola Fiorotto currently serves as a member of the board of directors at Federmanager Mantova since June 2022. With extensive experience at Versalis since October 2003, Nicola holds multiple leadership roles, including Head of Research, Development and Technological Innovation, where responsibilities encompass managing three research centers dedicated to polymers, elastomers, and basic chemical research, along with overseeing a portfolio of research projects aimed at transitioning to a circular economy for plastics. Previous positions include R&D Business Partner for Styrenics, Operations Manager for the Styrenics Business Unit, and various roles focused on process engineering and research management at companies such as Faraplan, 3v Sigma SpA, and EniChem. Nicola has an educational background in Chemical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and a management degree from SDA Bocconi.
