Randy Bird Cebs, Iscebs Fellow

Randy Bird, CEBS, ISCEBS Fellow, has a diverse work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Randy began their career at MVP Health Care in 2006 as an Account Associate. In 2008, they joined Rose & Kiernan, Inc, where they held the role of Client Manager in the Employee Benefits Management Group until 2014, and then transitioned to the Employee Benefits Management Group as a Director of Client Management - National Accounts at Versant Health since 2018. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in client management and employee benefits.

Randy Bird, CEBS, ISCEBS Fellow, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY Empire State College. Randy has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including an ISCEBS Fellowship from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists in July 2019. Randy is also certified as an Insurance Broker for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuity by the New York State Department of Financial Services since January 2008. Additionally, Randy Bird has achieved the ISCEBS Fellow U.S. Health 2022 certification twice from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists in October 2021. Randy is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and holds the designations of Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are unavailable.
