Kelly Patenaude

Kelly Patenaude is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in Professional Services at Versapay since April 2022, Kelly has previously held significant roles at DadeSystems, including Director of Client Services and Senior Relationship Manager. Additional experience includes a tenure at CheckAlt as Product & Customer Service Manager and a decade at Diebold in various managerial roles related to customer service and product management. Kelly also contributed to the success of Eras JV and Eras Inc in roles focused on client care and implementation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts from the University of Florida.
