Prince Antwi

Prince Antwi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital payment operations and technical support. Currently serving as Pay-Ops Escalations Manager at Versapay since May 2022, Prince manages digital payment partnerships, assessing capabilities and optimization opportunities while identifying potential new partners to support payment strategies. Previously, as a Product Support Specialist at Versapay, recognition as the Rising Star of the Quarter was achieved for outstanding performance. Prior to Versapay, Prince worked at MineralTree, Inc. from November 2015 to May 2022 as Technical Support Lead, effectively bridging communication between customers and engineering teams and demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting and technical analysis. Prince holds a degree from the University of Ghana, earned between 2011 and 2015.
