Justen Dawson MSc, MBA, PMP® has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2008, they began their career as an Undergraduate Research Student at the Northrop Grumman Center for High Performance Computing. In 2010, they interned at the Stevens Institute of Technology as a National Science Foundation Computer Science Intern, where they focused on Dynamic Spectrum Allocation and Cognitive Radio Technology. In 2011, they interned at the University of Arkansas as a National Science Foundation Electrical Engineering Intern. In 2012, they joined Raytheon as a Senior Software Engineer, where they led Software Change Control Boards and was responsible for managing and coordinating software revisions from 65 engineers. JUSTEN then moved on to become an Information Assurance Analyst and an Embedded Software Engineer II, where they wrote, reviewed, and tested missile C/C++ software and developed a home-grown visualization tool to audit wide area network activity. In 2019, they joined ExxonMobil as a Senior Information Technology Analyst, where they worked to support automation for 400 virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) systems. In 2020, they joined NVIDIA as a Technical Program Manager, where they drove software development roadmap, agile methods, and programs for one of the world's largest cloud gaming services. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Program Manager at VERSES.

Justen Dawson obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering from Jackson State University in 2012. JUSTEN then went on to receive a Master's of Science in Computer Engineering from Jackson State University in 2015. In 2017, Justen Dawson obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, with a focus in Finance, General. In 2020, they received a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. JUSTEN is also in the process of obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they are expected to receive in 2022.
