Trish P.

Trish P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Trish began their career in 2003 at LAKOS Separators and Filtration Systems, where they held various positions in finance and administration, eventually becoming the Human Resources Manager. In 2008, they joined SC Johnson and Son, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, leading HR initiatives for different departments and serving as a member of the leadership team. Trish's next role was at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they served as the Business Services Manager in HR from 2014 to 2018. Most recently, they have been working at Versiti Inc. as a Sr. Strategic Human Resources Partner from 2019 to 2021 and currently holds the role of Director, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Community Outreach.

Trish P. has a Master's degree in Finance from Webster Geneva Campus. Trish also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Political Science from Mount Saint Mary's University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Professional of Human Resources from SHRM.
