Crystal Chau

Crystal Chau has a diverse range of work experience. Crystal began their career as a Marketing Intern at Snupps in 2014, where they managed social media platforms and evaluated marketing strategies. In 2015, Crystal worked as a Corporate Governance Officer at Hong Kong Airlines, supporting a training center project and assisting C-level management. Crystal then joined Hult International Business School in 2017 as a Registry Assistant, where they provided guidance to international students and managed student data. In 2018, Crystal worked as a Marketing and Business Development Analyst at Vamoos, where they managed customer data, implemented improved data management methods, and used Agile Project Management for app development projects. In 2019, Crystal had two roles: as an Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp Contract) at Sulzer and as an Export Logistics professional at Anda Transport Inc. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager at Versium, and in 2022, they took on the role of Partner Manager. Crystal is also a member of Partnership Leaders. Crystal's work experience showcases their skills in marketing, data management, customer success, and project management.

Crystal Chau holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in International Business from Richmond, The American International University in London. Crystal also has a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Westminster. Additionally, Crystal has obtained several certifications including PGC: International Business from the University of Chester in September 2018, PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2017, PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2016, and Level V: Management and Leadership (QCF) from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in August 2016.
