Chrissy Snead

Chrissy Snead has extensive experience in the mental health field, with a career spanning from 2001 to the present. Currently serving in Utilization Review at Vertava Health since 2014, Chrissy previously held similar roles at New Directions Behavioral Health from October 2014 to March 2021. Early in the career, Chrissy worked as a Therapist at Alabama Psychiatric Services and as a Counselor at The King's Ranch. Starting in the field, Chrissy gained valuable experience as an Intern at ADAC and as a Therapist at Safehouse. Academically, Chrissy holds a Master's degree in Community Agency Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed additional studies at Auburn University.
