Sam di Novo

Sam Di Novo has extensive experience in the HVAC and construction industries, currently serving as a Construction Oversight Representative at Vertex Innovations, Inc. since October 2016. Prior to this role, Sam worked at The Boeing Company as a Mechanical Engineer, Facility Analyst, and Project Manager from July 2012 to February 2016, focusing on HVAC-R, plumbing, and electrical systems design and analysis. Sam’s career also includes significant experience at D & P Mechanical Inc. as an HVAC Project Manager and Field Foreman, where responsibilities included designing and building HVAC systems and troubleshooting existing systems. Additionally, Sam served as a Building Ventilation Inspector for the City of Chicago for nearly three decades, from October 1981 to August 2011. Sam holds specialized training in City of Chicago Building Codes from IIT Chicago and a diploma in HVAC-R from Coyne College.
