Ali Mohamadi

Ali Mohamadi is an accomplished leader in medical affairs with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Medical Affairs North America at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since April 2021, Ali has previously held multiple senior positions at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., including Executive Director of Global Patient Advocacy and Engagement. Prior experience also includes roles at the FDA as a Medical Officer and Team Lead, as well as a Pediatric Endocrine Fellow at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Ali's medical training includes an MD from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and a BS in Biology from Yale University.
