Ashwini Bhat

Ashwini Bhat is a highly skilled Formulation Research Scientist with extensive experience in early-phase formulation development of oral solids and biologics. Currently employed at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since July 2017, Ashwini has progressed through multiple roles, including Formulation Senior Research Associate and Formulation Senior Research Associate II. Prior to this, Ashwini worked as an Associate Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb from September 2015 to June 2017. Early career experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Long Island University, where the Master's thesis focused on the phase behavior and biopharmaceutical characterization of febuxostat amorphous solid dispersion, and an internship at Ipca Laboratories Limited centered on the formulation and evaluation of oral controlled release tablets.
