Chris Ganter

Chris Ganter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality compliance and assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director for Global Quality Compliance and Quality Audit and Inspection Management at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since December 2021, Chris has previously held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Lead at Genentech from September 2018 to December 2021. Prior experience includes founding and operating 10Ten Performance, LLC, where Chris excelled as a professional athlete and performance coach, ranking as the #2 American Professional Xterra triathlete in 2015. Earlier roles at Johnson & Johnson involved serving as Senior Quality Specialist in Global Quality Systems and Senior Scientist in the Analytical Services Investigations Group, dealing with audits and laboratory analyses in a GMP environment. Chris holds a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance from Temple University School of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Drexel University.
