Gina Lacorcia

Gina LaCorcia currently serves as Vice President, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Head of the Disease Strategy Team Program Office at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a position held since January 2016. LaCorcia's extensive experience at Vertex also includes roles as Executive Director, Program Team Lead in T1D, and Senior Director in both Chief of Staff and Program and Portfolio Management capacities. Prior to Vertex, LaCorcia worked at Sanofi from November 2004 to January 2016, where roles included Associate Director of Medical Intelligence and Patient Perspectives, Program Manager, and various positions in scientific research. LaCorcia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of New Hampshire, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
