Jessica Calloway Jones

Jessica Calloway Jones is a highly experienced scientist with a focus on biochemistry and biomedical sciences. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist and Team Leader at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since February 2020, Jessica has previously held roles as a Senior Research Scientist - Team Leader at the same company, and as a Principal Scientist at Pfizer from April 2005 to February 2020. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a Research Associate I at MPI Research and a Research Intern in Animal Health Discovery Biology at Pfizer. Jessica holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Boston University School of Medicine, earned between 2014 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University, completed in 2004.
