Karla Mervin

Karla Mervin is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Karla has previously held similar positions at Alpine Immune Sciences, Inc. and Silverback Therapeutics, both of which were later acquired. Additionally, Karla has experience in executive search as Director at Chasm Partners and as an Executive Search Consultant at BSG Team Ventures | Boston Search Group, Inc. Karla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the UW Foster School of Business.
