Kiri North

Kiri North is a Principal Research Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, specializing in immuno-oncology and GCN2 kinase inhibitors since November 2013, following roles as Senior and Research Scientist within the same organization. Prior to this position, Kiri North held postdoctoral research associate roles focused on drug discovery and development at both University College London and the Institute of Cancer Research from 2011 to 2013. Kiri North has also contributed to academia as a Graduate Tutor at Brasenose College and Christ Church, Oxford, teaching various chemistry modules from 2009 to 2011. Kiri North began the professional journey as a Summer Student at GlaxoSmithKline in 2006. Academic qualifications include a DPhil in Organic Chemistry and an MChem in Chemistry, both from the University of Oxford, completed between 2004 and 2011.
