Xingzhao Wen

Xingzhao Wen is a highly skilled Computational Genomics Research Scientist with extensive experience in analyzing single-cell genomics data and developing innovative research proposals. Currently working at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, responsibilities include the validation and presentation of findings to leadership teams, alongside proposing novel disease targets. Previous experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC San Diego, where Xingzhao designed analysis workflows for NGS sequencing techniques and developed a comprehensive Docker container.
