John Todd

John Todd has a diverse work history with experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and project management. John is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Vertex Companies LLC, where they lead talent acquisition efforts. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR and Talent Acquisition Consultant at the same company. John also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Vertex Companies LLC. Before joining The Vertex Companies LLC, John worked as a Director and Executive Recruiter at GattiHR. John served as the VP of Professional Development at PMI MassBay Chapter, where they were responsible for various volunteer roles. John also worked as an Executive Recruiter and HR Project Manager at Downtown Recruiting Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of Principal HR Project Manager at JRT2 Consulting Services LLC and Client Manager/Project Manager at Navisite, Inc. John started their career at Virgin Atlantic Airways as an HR Business Partner/Manager and later moved to Boston Scientific as an HRIS Analyst. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, project management, and HRIS.

John Todd attended Florida State University - College of Business from 1984 to 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. John also received a Certificate in the PMI Fast Track for PMP from Boston University and a certificate in e200 from the e200 class, focusing on Business. Additionally, they acquired a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2006.
