Allen B.

Allen B. started their career in 2010 as a Program Manager at the Knowledge Engineering Center (KEC) of the Texas Engineering Extension Service. In this role, they managed the SaaS development team and developed a product growth and development strategy. Allen also implemented SDLC best-practices throughout the development process. In 2013, Allen B. worked as a Sr. Lead Controls & Automation Developer (Contract) for Schlumberger and as a Managing Consultant for Catapult Systems. At Catapult Systems, they led a team of developers of an iPad safety document display system deployed on offshore drilling rigs and a migration team on the transition of over 30000 documents to a structured database format. In 2014, Allen B. became the Co-Founder & CEO of Vertical Automation & Information Technology.

Allen B. attended Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Allen then went on to obtain an MBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2011-2012.
