Eric Resch

Eric Resch has extensive experience in various roles that highlight a strong background in both outdoor and retail environments. Currently serving as a Shipping Coordinator and CNC Machine Operator at Vertical Solutions since July 2022, Eric efficiently runs and maintains machinery that produces plywood panels for indoor climbing walls. Prior experience includes certification as a Climbing Guide with Apex Adventure Alliance, where safety was prioritized in guiding clients at Devils Lake State Park. Eric's tenure at REI from 2014 to 2022 encompassed several leadership roles, including Sales Lead, where efforts in membership conversion and staff training were key contributions. Eric also gained valuable experience in the veterinary field through internships at Crawford Animal Hospital SC and client care responsibilities at Animal Emergency & Referral Center, enhancing knowledge in companion and exotic animal care. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Minnesota.
