Jason Céspedes Arrieta

Jason Céspedes Arrieta has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jason started in 2008 as a Payables Specialist at Lion Re:Sources, where they processed invoices and ensured correct payments. From 2009 to 2013, they served as an Agency Financial Services Analyst at the same company, communicating extensively with upper management and preparing financial reports. Jason then joined Emerson Network Power in 2013 as a Senior Accountant, where they prepared financial statements and reconciled accounts. After that, they moved to Vertiv Co in 2014, initially as a Senior Accountant, controlling manual journal entries and conducting comparative analysis. Jason eventually became the Accounting Team Lead, leading a team and performing accounting analysis. In 2017, they were promoted to Head of Finance, responsible for planning and coordinating financial activities for Chile and Argentina and forecasting earnings and cash flow for the Southern Cone region. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong financial and accounting skills and has taken on increasing levels of responsibility.

Jason Céspedes Arrieta has a diverse education history. In 2009, they obtained a Certified Accountant certification from the Colegio de Contadores Privados de Costa Rica. Jason then pursued Licentiate degrees in Human Resources Management and Contaduría Pública from Coast Rica Jobs, completing them in 2012 and 2014, respectively. From 2013 to 2017, Jason earned a Bachelor's degree in English as Second Language from Universidad Técnica Nacional. Following this, they obtained two Master's degrees from ULACIT, specializing in Accounting and Finance, as well as International Business/Trade/Commerce and completing these programs in 2021. In the same year, Jason pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Foro Europeo. Jason also holds various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma White Belt Professional Certification, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, and several LinkedIn certifications in areas such as leadership, communication, and business strategy.
