Shawn Zimmerman

Shawn Zimmerman currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources Americas at Vertiv, where responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies for the region, which supports approximately 9,000 associates and 90 HR team members. Additionally, Shawn served as Vice President HR Specialty Solutions & Pharma Commercial Excellence at Cardinal Health, leading HR efforts for a key growth segment, and Vice President Human Resources at Kellogg North America, overseeing HR operations for a large team supporting multiple business units. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Labor and Industrial Relations and Economics, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Labor Relations, both from Bowling Green State University.
