Dean Jobe

Dean Jobe has over a decade of experience working in the construction industry. Dean began their career as a quantity surveyor with Midas Group Ltd in 2008. In 2015, they transitioned to Galliford Try plc, where they spent four years as a senior quantity surveyor. Most recently, Dean has been working as the commercial director at Verto since September 2019.

Dean Jobe has an HNC in Construction from City College Plymouth and Callington community college.

They work with Tom Porter - Head of Development, Adam Wright - Operations Director, and Andy West - Head of Land and Planning. Dean Jobe reports to Richard Pearce, Co-Founder. Some individuals on their team include Peter Dunn - Quantity Surveyor, Luke Andrews - Head of procurement, IT & Asset management, and Emma Willis - Pre-construction Assistant.
