Joshua Carr

Joshua Carr is the current Finance Director at Verto. Joshua previously worked as an accountant and auditor for Old Mill accountants and financial planners from August 2014 to February 2020. Throughout their career, Joshua has provided accounting and financial planning services for owner managed businesses in the South West of England.

Joshua Carr has achieved the ICAEW ACA Chartered Qualification from Reed Business School with first time passes. Joshua has also attained the ATT Tax Qualification from Tolley Tax Intelligence from LexisNexis with first time passes. Furthermore, they have completed the AAT Accounting Qualification from Bridgwater & Taunton College with first time passes. Additionally, they hold A Levels in Business Studies, Mathematics & Psychology from Kings of Wessex Academy. Joshua has also undertaken the AQA Extended Project Qualification in Technology Induced Stress in the Workplace from Kings of Wessex Academy. Moreover, they have completed AS Level in Law from Kings of Wessex Academy. Finally, they hold 11 GCSEs & IT Diploma from Kings of Wessex Academy.

Joshua Carr reports to Richard Pearce, Co-Founder. They work with Tom Porter - Head of Development, Adam Wright - Operations Director, and Dean Jobe - Commercial Director. Some direct reports include Hayley Underwood - HR & Office Manager, Sophie Kinane - Assistant Management Accoutnant.
