Deanna Ruiz

Deanna Ruiz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and psychology. Currently serving as a Product Development Specialist at Vertra since October 2019, Deanna specializes in product development and OTC SPF regulatory processes. With a diverse career spanning various roles, Deanna has also held positions such as Product Developer and EAI Director of Product Development at JR286, and Sport Psychology Consultant at Get To The Peak. Previous experience includes roles at Oakley, Vulkan Fight Company, DC Shoes, and Quiksilver, where responsibilities included apparel development, marketing coordination, and sourcing management. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fiber Art from the Maryland Institute College of Art, as well as a Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology from National University, complemented by a study abroad program in Italian Art History and Language in Florence, Italy.
