Mayrette Garcia has held several customer-facing roles in their career. Mayrette began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service to Solutions II Associate Operations Representative at Bank of America. In this role, they provided administrative support to Financial Advisors and their service team, as well as providing world-class service to clients. In 2011, Mayrette moved to ADP as an Assistant District Manager (Sales Representative), where they worked with small business owners to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, built relationships with banks and CPA firms, and attended networking events to build leads. In 2013, they joined GI-Venture as a Customer Relations US Division Manager, where they managed customer complaints and requests, worked with the CEO and CFO to design and implement new cross-sell and customer retention programs, and met and exceeded customer satisfaction, revenue, and service goals. In 2014, Mayrette moved to ICSA SOFTWARE LIMITED as a Customer Success Manager. In 2017, they joined Diligent Corporation in the same role. Finally, in 2018, Mayrette joined Vantage Deluxe World Travel as a Director of Customer Experience and Quality and Manager of Customer Experience & Quality. In 2021, they joined Verve Motion as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Mayrette Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management/International Management from Rhode Island College in 2010. In January 2020, they obtained an Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot Academy.
