Andrea Bartucca

Andrea Bartucca currently serves as the Director of Patient Engagement and Recruitment at Verve Therapeutics, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Director of Patient Recruitment and Innovation at a stealth biotech startup and played a pivotal role in the patient recruitment function at Forma Therapeutics, contributing to its acquisition by Novo Nordisk for $1.1 billion. With extensive experience in patient recruitment and retention across various organizations, including Sage Therapeutics, Takeda, Acurian Inc., PAREXEL, and Perceptive Informatics, Andrea has developed and executed strategic initiatives, provided oversight for clinical trials, and represented clinical operations in key regulatory settings. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
