Leocadia Ruiz

Leocadia Ruiz is the director, external Quality control at Verve Therapeutics. She is a biotechnology professional with over 17 years of chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) experience in gene therapy and cell products. Prior to joining Verve, she worked as the associate director of external QC at Iovance Biotherapeutics. Leo received her B.A. in Biochemistry from Pennsylvania State University and her M.S. in Biotechnology engineering from Northwestern University.
