Pratik Randeria

Pratik is the director, process development at Verve Therapeutics. Prior to joining Verve, Pratik was an associate director at Editas Medicine, where he led the team responsible for the development and scale-up of gene editing components to support both ex-vivo and in-vivo applications. Additionally, Pratik served as a CMC team lead at Editas, where he helped develop the overall strategy, timelines, and budgets necessary to establish an mRNA-LNP platform process to enable upcoming programs using CRISPR-based gene editing. Prior to joining Editas, Pratik worked at Pfizer as a senior scientist where he focused on formulation and process development of complex generics and biologics. Pratik received his Ph.D. from Northwestern University, in biomedical engineering, with an emphasis on surface chemistry, the development of nano-drug delivery systems, and biotechnology.
