Senior People & Culture Manager at Very Big Things

Dunja Božić has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dunja began their career in 2017 as a Psychologist at the Croatian Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Sedam IT as an Account Manager / Project Manager, a position they held until 2021. Dunja then transitioned to Very Big Things, starting as an Account Manager / Project Manager from March 2021 to October 2021. Dunja later took on the role of Team Support Officer from November 2021 to December 2022. Currently, they serve as a People Operations Manager at Very Big Things starting from January 2023.

Dunja Božić has a strong educational background in psychology. Dunja obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu in 2013. Dunja further pursued their studies and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University in 2014. In 2015, they continued their education at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Dunja Božić has also obtained several certifications related to project management, communication, emotional intelligence, and workplace skills. Some of their notable certifications include the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in 2023, the CS50: Introduction to Computer Science certification from Harvard University in 2022, and the Managing Emotions in Times of Uncertainty & Stress certification from Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence in 2022. Dunja Božić is constantly enhancing their skills and knowledge through online courses and specialized training programs.
